Key responsibilities

  • Edit manuscripts, reports, and articles for grammar, syntax, and flow. 
  • Apply and maintain style consistency (APA, AMA, CMS, or house style). 
  • Check spelling variants (US/UK), punctuation, and reference formatting. 
  • Flag issues in logic, structure, or tone where required.
  • Use MS Word Track Changes effectively and document editorial decisions. 

    Essential skills 

    • Excellent command of English grammar and editorial conventions. 
    • Working knowledge of style manuals (APA, CMS, AMA, or others). 
    • Proficiency in MS Word tools: Track Changes, styles, navigation, and comments. 
    • Awareness of academic publication standards and author-editor ethics. 
    • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain version accuracy. 

              Copywriters (marketing) 

              🕒 2–3 years of experience

              💰 ₹3.0–4.0 LPA CTC

              Key responsibilities

              • Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns.  
              • Create content for landing pages, course descriptions, and programme announcements. 
              • Develop and schedule email workflows in Mailchimp (or equivalent).  
              • Apply SEO best practices: keyword research, internal linking, and meta descriptions. 
              • Coordinate with designers for visuals and creatives.  
              • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

                Essential skills 

                • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, error-free content. 
                • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Yoast, etc.). 
                • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar automation platforms.
                • Familiarity with WordPress (adding/editing posts, formatting layouts). 
                • Understanding of social media scheduling tools and analytics. 
                • Basic proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms. 

                Preferred background

                • Experience writing for education, research, or training sectors is a plus.

                            Copywriters (academic)

                            Key responsibilities

                            • Draft, rewrite, or refine research articles, reports, white papers, and case studies. 
                            • Support PhD mentoring and institutional projects with summaries, briefs, and handouts.
                            • Prepare content based on faculty interviews, data sheets, or recorded discussions.   
                            • Ensure structure, coherence, and adherence to academic conventions (citations, headings, etc.). 
                            • Collaborate with editors to finalise manuscripts for submission. 
                            • Create simplified versions of technical content for blogs or outreach. 

                              Essential skills 

                              • Strong grasp of academic writing structure (IMRaD, abstracts, argument flow).  
                              • Familiarity with reference management tools (Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote). 
                              • Basic understanding of research methodology and data presentation. 
                              • Comfort with MS Word styles, templates, and editorial markup. 
                              • Ability to follow journal or institutional style guides (APA, CMS, etc.). cs. 
                              • Experience using AI and grammar tools responsibly for drafting and quality checks. 

                              Preferred background

                              • Master’s degree or higher in any discipline. 
                              • Exposure to academic publishing or research communication is an advantage.
