Campus Drive: Nurturing Editorial Careers
Our 2026 Campus Connect initiative bridged the gap between academic potential and the professional editorial industry, screening over 100 participants to identify the next generation of copy editors.
Swami Dayananda Arts and Science College, Manjakkudi
On January 5th, we introduced students to the scholarly editing landscape. Through our technical grammar assessments and deep-dive discussions on global publishing, our team filtered candidates with the “Editor’s Eye.” The session emphasized transforming classroom writing into professional-grade quality control for the research consulting industry.
EGS Pillay Arts and Science College, Nagapattinam
At Nagapattinam, our drive focused on evaluating critical thinking through rigorous one-on-one interviews. We challenged participants with real-world editorial passages to test their precision and grit. By recognizing editing as a high-value career path, we successfully shortlisted candidates capable of meeting the intense demands of professional research support.
ARJ College of Engineering, Mannargudi
Concluding our tour, we targeted the intersection of logic and language. We treated sentence structure as a “debugging” exercise, attracting analytical engineering minds. This session proved that structural thinking is vital for technical editing, allowing us to finalize our group of 20 shortlisted candidates for specialized training.
